Pauline, that is appalling customer service by Silkskin! I havn't had any problems with my pillowcase, but if I did I would expect to be able to contact the company. If anyone else has had problems, please let us know. Also I will do some investigating into any other companies who make a Silk Pillow case?

You mention SilkSkin pillowcases in your original article. I purchased 2 Silkskin pillowcases direct from their website in Feb at a cost of £70. By June, the seams had split, depsite being cared for exactly to instructions. I have phoned and left messages (their phones are not manned), sent emails, and a Recorded Delivery letter requesting a refund. All have been ignored. Do not touch this product/company with a bargepole!

I found your article on sleep most interesting. Having suffered with psoriasis since the age of four I have always found when my stress levels increase my psoriasis worsens. Until recently I have been working in the city, which meant getting up at 4.40am every morning. I did then not return home till gone 8pm so by the time I went to bed it would be around 11pm. At this time my psoriasis was particulary bad, my mood was down and I felt I had no real vitality. I have now stopped working in London, I now go to bed about 10.30pm and don't get up again until 6.30am I feel like a different person. My psoriasis has all but gone and I feel and look fantastic. I would definately promote a good nights sleep to everyone.
