Returns & Refund Policy

Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to Julia Hart due to:

  • An incorrect delivery address or incomplete delivery instructions (including safe place), or

  • Failure to collect the parcel from the delivery office,

the parcel will be charged to be re-sent.


Ownership of Products

Ownership of all products remains with Julia Hart until full payment, including delivery charges, has been received.


Returns Eligibility

We hope you love your purchase. If you wish to return an item, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange provided that:

  • the return is made within 14 days of delivery, and

  • the product is unused, unopened, and in its original, undamaged, resaleable packaging.

Postage costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping. This does not affect your statutory rights.


How to Return an Item

  • All returns must be sent via Recorded Delivery.

  • Julia Hart cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

  • Please retain proof of postage.

Returns should be securely packaged and include a completed Returns Note stating the reason for return.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us immediately at:
info@juliahart.co.uk

For damaged items:

  • retain all packaging and products, and

  • email clear photos of the damage to us.

Once reviewed, we will refund the cost of the affected products and the original delivery charge within a reasonable time.


Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Once a refund is issued, legal ownership of the returned goods reverts to Julia Hart.


Proof of Purchase

Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from the Julia Hart online shop.
Please provide your order invoice number with your return.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
