Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and full payment.

Card payments are subject to bank authorisation.

Ownership of products passes to you once full payment (including delivery) is received.
Pricing & Delivery

All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

We currently ship within the UK only.
Returned parcels due to incorrect address details or failure to collect will be charged to be resent.
Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

An order number is required for all returns.
Faulty or incorrect items must be reported immediately to info@juliahart.co.uk, with photos where applicable.

All content on this site is owned by or licensed to Julia Hart and may not be copied or used without permission.
Liability
We are not liable for losses that are unforeseeable, business-related, or caused by events beyond our control. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

These Terms are governed by UK law, and any disputes will be handled by UK courts.
